Handoff safety rule
Do not surrender a device until the location, reference and receiving contact match the ZIAM confirmation.
Service boundary
Nairobi only during the controlled launch.
Requests outside Nairobi are not accepted yet. New regions will be added only after ZIAM has verified logistics, repair capacity and safe handoff partners.
